Where traditional gyms and personal trainers only provide one-hour workouts and a general nutrition program, the Luna Fitness program offers specifically designed fitness and nutrition programs based on your individual body, goals and monthly cycle. Our program combines awareness and accountability, along with consistency. All our personal trainers are nationally certified to ensure that you receive the best quality training.

Personal training is customized to you and starts with a weight and cardio assessment. From there our trainers help with meal planning and make supplement recommendations to ensure the best nutritional support. Trainers creates customized strength and weight training workouts that can be followed on your own as well as with a trainer. You will be motivated and encouraged during your sessions as well as throughout your journey. Weekly weigh-ins and measurements will be held to track your progress and help keep you motivated. Our personal training not only gives you the support and motivation you need in order to succeed, but the education so that you can move toward a healthier lifestyle.
